Agriculture Informed Therapy – Tier 3: Flourish in Farming
We flourish when there is structure and an establishment of guidelines as well as a soft place for us to rest when we are tired. A place where we feel understood and celebrated even when our decisions have had unfortunate outcomes. Agriculture structure is critical to relationships (multigenerational), business development and production. This tier will orient the clinician to various considerations in working with a farming family. Lastly, we will discuss self-compassion and how best to help farmers integrate compassion into their lives.
